About Us
With over 31 years of experience working with diverse ESE (Exceptional Student Education) and 504 students and their families, Tracy brings extensive expertise in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral challenges, and other exceptionalities. Tracy's background includes roles as a behavior specialist, conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), serving as a district compliance resolution specialist, and advocating for students and families to ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard.
